This Week has been insane with an incredible work load, family obligations, changes galore in everyone schedule, melt downs, temper tantrums, heart break and misplaced lunches. It has been intense to say the least. The very sad thing next week is shaping up to look just like it.
My attempts to get work done for class ahead of time is looking like a sad joke. Its like I go illiterate when reading the assignments, my brain is so done with processing words it gives up and just computes... "meh"
When I do get a rare moment of tranquility, its remarkable how the words start to regain their original meaning and don't look like Chinese characters.
I'm getting more excited to begin the $100 entrepreneurial challenge. My husband suggested that finish an already started project of a friends website, and simply charge her the $100.00 dollars. And while this is extremely tempting, my heart has been set on making more lip balm. And while I wish I could simply call them by the brand commonly known as chap stick. Buuuut theres this thing called copyright laws... and besides when one breaks down that word, lip balm has a modicum of charm, and seems to say I am more awesome, moisturizing and healthy for your lips any way.
We once made a huge batch, trying different recipes and containers until we found just the right ones. The purpose was to give my little entrepreneurs a way to make some extra cash. Unfortunately my daughters are blessed with my lack of care towards money and severe case of generosity.
Yes, thats right whatever was sold the money grew legs and walked away. OR whatever wasn't sold was promptly given away. So needless to say we have some bugs to work out, (mainly my children)
